Delete Your Wineries.AI Account

Wineries.AI users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. This page applies to the Wineries.AI mobile app, package name ai.wineries.app.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to riaan@wineries.ai from the email address connected to your Wineries.AI account.
2. Use the subject line: Wineries.AI account deletion request.
3. Include the email address or account details you used in the app so we can identify the correct account.

What Will Be Deleted

We will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including your profile information, saved cellar entries, tasting notes, ratings, reviews, saved wineries or wine bars, uploaded app photos, preferences, and other user-generated content linked to your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes. Retained information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Timing

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required, we will let you know using the contact email provided in your request.
