This Privacy Policy explains how Wineries.AI collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Wineries.AI mobile application and related services.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile details, and authentication identifiers when you create or use an account. We also collect app content you choose to save, including cellar entries, tasting notes, ratings, reviews, saved wineries, saved wine bars, photos you upload, preferences, and support messages.
With your permission, Wineries.AI may use device features such as location to show nearby wineries or wine bars, and camera or photo selection features when you add photos to notes, reviews, profiles, or wine tools.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the app, operate account features, save your wine-related content, show relevant winery and wine bar information, support social and review features, process support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
AI Features
Wineries.AI includes AI-assisted wine tools such as tasting support, food pairing suggestions, wine comparison, label assistance, and wine list guidance. Information you submit to these tools may be processed to generate the requested response.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, crash reporting, maps, email, and AI processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the app, or our rights.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and operate legitimate business records. Some records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your Choices
You can update or remove certain content in the app. You can also change device permissions such as location, camera, and photo access in your device settings.
